Loving Hands Ministry
Our MissionLoving Hands Ministry, is a Christian, international, nonprofit relief organization with headquarters in Florida and Haiti, that delivers food, medicine, clothing and other necessities to individuals, children and families who lack these essentials due to famine, poverty, or natural disaster.
What We DoDuring our history, Loving Hands Ministry has grown into one of the world's largest private organizations dedicated to helping hungry and hurting people. Last year, Loving Hands Ministry shipped over 6000 meals per month and other essentials to children and families in Haiti. To do this, we work closely with caring corporate partners that donate surplus food and other supplies, as well as with individual donors who help defray the cost of transporting the product donations.
While much of our work focuses on hungry children, we also understand the importance of feeding a child's mind. For this reason, Loving Hands Ministry has launched a new education initiative. Through this program Loving Hands Ministry works with the Homeless Outreach Coordinators in elementary and middle schools to provide essential school supplies, books, food and personal care items to needing students.
Through the generosity of committed partners, Loving Hands Ministry delivers much needed necessities to children and their families every day. As always, Loving Hands Ministry provides help to those in need absolutely free of charge.
International Outreach
Loving Hands Ministry international programs focus on providing food, medical assistance, emergency relief, and creating sustainable development.
Since 1987, we have provided food, clothing, medical assistance, and educational opportunities to those in need through out Haiti. Through schools, orphanages and church-related programs, Loving Hands Ministry touches the lives of many of children. We also provide assistance to orphanages, schools, and other charitable groups in these regions.
A key goal is to help families in need move past needing help and into becoming self-sufficient members of their community. Through long-term, self-help development programs funded by grants and individual donors, thousands of families have increased their ability to be self-sufficient by learning and applying new, marketable skills. Find out how you can be a part of the solution to the problem of hunger in Haiti.
